I´m Chaturika Sakhi. After studying Psychology, I spent 22 years immersed in theater—at first, because I was passionate about it, and later, as a way to express the things I couldn’t share at home. In 1996, I began training with Viola Edward at the Rebirthing Center of Venezuela and Leonard Orr, the pioneer of breathwork. After which I dedicated myself to giving motivational talks and creating my own conscious breathing center in Caracas. Then, in 2004, I chose to fully dedicate myself to my spiritual journey. I moved to an ashram, where I spent 21 years living in a diverse community of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

These experiences have opened my eyes to the beauty of individuality, the right every living being has to grow, to express themselves, and to be truly heard.

Now, I’m here to accompany you on your own journey.

What will we do?
The ideal plan is to complete 10 sessions.

During each session, we’ll spend about an hour breathing and sharing your feelings. With the combination of conversation and breathwork, each session lasts 1 1/2 hours approximately.

And after that...
You’ll feel lighter, more relaxed, and energized. Plus, you’ll gain a powerful tool that you can use anytime you need it.

FAQ

What are the side effects?
None! This is a completely natural process—it’s as simple as breathing.

Is it like a regression?
Not at all. You’ll remain fully conscious throughout the process and can stop at any time. It’s not related to hypnosis or past life regression.

How long does it last?
Each session typically lasts 1 1/2 hours approximately, but since this is a highly individual process, the experience can vary each time.

How many sessions do I need?
The ideal is to start with 10 sessions guided by an expert. After that, you’ll become familiar with the process and can use it as a powerful tool on your own, whenever you need it.

My rates are $ 108 for 1 1/2 hours (approximately) session. Sliding scale rates are available upon request. I trust my clients implicitly to pay what works for them within their budgets. The quality and time of the treatment is the same regardless of what a client can afford. Payments can be made with cash, checks, PayPal and Zelle.

I´m located in Los Angeles, sessions are conducted online and in person.
